Our University has been granted test access to the Electronic Library “Wiley Online Library” and the Evidence-Based Medicine Library “Cochranelibrary” Test access period from September 12 to December 1, 2022.
Wiley offers a broad portfolio of over 8.8 million articles published in 1600+ journals. Half of them are published in partnership with prestigious international scientific societies. More than 500 Nobel laureates have published their work in Wiley magazines. The publisher's journals cover the entire spectrum of natural, technical, social and human sciences, medicine and veterinary medicine, with many publications ranking first in their field. Most Wiley journals are indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection and have an impact factor, 77% of indexed journals are in the I and II quartiles. 320 magazines made it into the top 10 in their subject category. In 26 subject categories, Wiley magazines took 1st place.
Access is open on the network of computers of all buildings. For access outside the walls of the university, you need to get a login and password from the serving librarian!
Cochrane (www.cochrane.org) is a non-profit community of evidence-based medicine professionals, patients, and volunteer caregivers from around the world. Specialists - experts conduct systematic reviews of clinical studies, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn about the use of certain approaches in the treatment of certain diseases, about the use of medicines. The basis of the Cochrane Library is the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR). In addition, the Cochrane Library includes: The Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), the world's largest database of clinical trials; Cochrane Clinical Answers; and systematic reviews from Epistemonikos, a database of over 340,000 medical systematic reviews from other organizations around the world.
