Mission

Training of doctors of a new generation, the intellectual elite of society, based on the integration of medical education, clinical science and innovation, through a system of preservation, dissemination and practical application of knowledge, taking into account cultural values, the development of modern information technologies.

Strategic goal

The strategic goal of MMU is to achieve international recognition of MMU, as one of the leaders in providing high quality education for graduates, able to apply practical knowledge and skills to provide qualified assistance to the population.

Tasks:

1. Contribute to the achievement of the goal of sustainable human development, at the global and national levels, by training doctors of the next generation in the specialty "Medicine" (5 years of study) and within the framework of the Pilot Curriculum (5 years of study for foreign nationals), taking into account the needs of health systems, in the medical staff.

2. Capacity development and professional development of teachers based on innovative teaching methods, modern methods of knowledge assessment, exchange of experience with other national and foreign universities.

3. Development of the institutional capacity of MMU for conducting scientific research, improving the educational process, integrating science and practice.

4. Implementation of modern information technologies in the educational process, clinical practice, management of medical education and science.

5. Formation of social infrastructure focused on the needs of students and teachers of MMU.

6. Creation of a unified medical space, taking into account the localization of MMU and integration with other medical organizations.

7. Development of international relations, membership in international scientific and professional organizations.
